Welcome to the SGAUS PME Academy   

MESSAGE TO ALL SGAUS MEMBERS (Please Read)

Thank you for your interest in the SGAUS PME Academy and for your patience.

Active SDF members: This PME Academy is restricted to those SDF's which have been formally approved by the SGAUS Executive leadership. At this point the following SDF's have been approved for general enrollment: Tennessee, Puerto Rico, Mississippi, Ohio, Texas, Washington, New York, Arkansas, Indiana, Virginia, Alabama, and Alaska. 

Members inactive in an SDF or the SDF is not signed up into the formal process yet: As members of SGAUS you can be enrolled too.

IMPORTANT:  THIS RESTRICTION DOES NOT apply to the JAG Academy. Members from any state SDF can apply to the JAG Academy program if they meet the requirements stated in the JAG Academy page and are approved by the SGAUS JAG Committee.

Student Instructions: Personnel will require approval by the PME Academy Coordinator to gain access to most courses. You will only be allowed to take the course that is required for your next rank unless your Commander or policy authorizes otherwise. Recurrent annual training required courses for the Tennessee State Guard (TNSG) are available for "self enrollment". Contact your commander for the instructions.

How to enroll in a course (for states approved):

Send an email to your SDF PME Academy Coordinator to request enrollment in a course. In your email state: Your Name, Rank, Unit and Course Requested. Upon verifications (SGAUS Membership), you will be enrolled in your course within 3 business days. If you do not receive a reply within 3 days, email your PME Academy Coordinator. For questions about the NIMS/MEMS program please contact the SGAUS MEMS Program Manager via the SGAUS Web Site - SGAUS.org.

Course Completion: Certificates will be issued only after all parts of the course (lessons) are successfully completed by passing the quizzes with a grade of 70% or better.

If you have any administrative issues, you can email the PME Academy administrator, Chago Santiago at chago.santiago@sgaus.org

After 60 consecutive days or more of inactivity, you may be unenrolled from the course.
